As one of the many 1010 Lake Street events held throughout the year, an annual favorite is the 1010 Ice Cream Social, which not only celebrates the joys of summer, but in 2018, also launched a new, unique amenity: the signature ”Play at 1010” program. With its debut, each tenant was gifted with fun outdoor items, including 1010 Lake Street yoga mats, frisbees and racketball sets. The “Play at 1010” program also offers tenants and their guests the opportunity throughout the year to borrow sporting and recreational equipment so they can more fully take in 1010’s lush backyard of Austin Gardens—to spend time in nature, with others and to delight in the slower moments of life.
